1. Reservations & Vehicle Pick-Up

  • 1.1 Reserved vehicles (Jeep) will be held for two (2) hours, UTV (30) minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. If no notification of delay is received, the reservation will be canceled and is non-refundable.
  • 1.2 Vehicles may not be left in any public airport parking lot without prior approval from our office
  • 1.3 Vehicles may not be returned by third parties. All drivers must be listed and authorized in the rental agreement.

2. Driver Requirements & Security Deposit

  • 2.1 A valid driver's license and a credit card are required at the time of rental.
  • 2.2 The minimum rental age is 23 years.
  • 2.3 The security deposit must be held on a credit card only. Debit cards and cash are not accepted for the security deposit.
  • 2.4 The security deposit amount is: $300, $500, or $1000 depending on the vehicle class.
  • 2.5 The deposit will be released automatically by the bank and may take 14–21 business days to reflect.

3. Insurance & Liability

  • 3.1 Liability Insurance
  • Liability insurance is included in the standard rental rate. If an accident occurs and the Lessee is at fault, an accident fee of $250 applies.
  • Only the Lessee and authorized additional drivers listed in the agreement may operate the vehicle. If an unauthorized driver operates the vehicle, the insurance becomes void and the Lessee is fully responsible for all damages (direct and indirect).
  • 3.2 Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
  • If CDW is accepted: Deductible for Jeep damages: $3,500
  • CDW does NOT cover:
  • The Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is not insurance but an agreement between the renter and the rental company that limits the renter’s financial responsibility for damage to the rental vehicle.
  • By accepting CDW, the renter’s liability for damage to the vehicle is reduced to a maximum excess/deductible amount as specified in this agreement.
  • CDW is valid only if the renter complies with all terms and conditions of the rental agreement. CDW shall be void and the renter will be fully responsible for all damages if any of the following occur:
  • The vehicle is driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • The vehicle is used in a reckless, negligent, or unauthorized manner
  • The driver is not authorized under the rental agreement
  • The renter violates any local traffic laws or rental terms
  • Damage occurs to tires, rims, undercarriage, interior, or as a result of off-road driving (unless otherwise stated)
  • CDW does not cover loss or damage to personal belongings, theft due to negligence (e.g., leaving the vehicle unlocked), or damages not related to a collision unless explicitly stated.
  • The renter remains responsible for the applicable deductible/excess amount per incident.
  • Valid police or ForenSys report is required. Failure to provide a report voids CDW and the Lessee becomes fully liable.
  • All damages must be paid within 24 hours. Declining CDW or violating rental terms makes the Lessee fully responsible for all damages, losses, towing, and related costs.
  • In case of theft or joyriding, the Lessee is fully responsible for all damages and losses.

4. Off-Road & Prohibited Use

  • 4.1 Driving off-road where prohibited by signs is strictly forbidden.
  • 4.2 Driving on the following is strictly prohibited:
  • White sand
  • Mud
  • Dunes
  • Ocean water
  • Rainwater
  • Large puddles
  • 4.3 Fine for driving on white sand, dunes, or mud and getting stuck: $250 USD. All damages and towing costs are the renter's responsibility.
  • 4.4 White sand inside vehicle cleaning fee: $150 USD
  • 4.5 No 360 turns or donuts

5. Vehicle Damage & Replacement Costs

  • The following charges apply (dealer price where stated):

Gas cap: $40

Wheel wrench: $30

Jack handle: $20

Radio: Dealer price

Key with chip/remote water damage: $365

UTV tire: $380

Jeep soft/hard top: Dealer price

UTV rim: $250

Hub cap: $40

Jack: $80

Antenna: $40

Lost/damaged key: Dealer price

Jeep tire: $500

Jeep battery: $420

Jeep rim: $550

Windshield: Dealer price

  • UTV ROLLOVER STARTS AT $3,500

6. Fuel Policy

  • The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as received.
  • Failure to do so results in a charge of: $20 per 1/8 tank (Jeep/UTV)
  • Excess fuel is non-refundable.

7. Cleaning & Smoking Policy

  • The vehicle must be returned clean and in the same condition as received.
  • Cleaning fees:
  • Wet seats or white sand: $150
  • Deep cleaning: $250
  • Smoking in any form is strictly prohibited.
  • Violation results in a $250 cleaning fee.

8. Accidents & Emergency Procedures

  • The vehicle must be returned:
  • To the original pick-up location
  • On agreed date and time
  • Late return fee: $25 per hour (Jeep) | $50 (UTV)
  • Unforeseen damages may be claimed up to 48 hours after return.

9. Return Conditions & Late Fees

  • In case of an accident:
  • Call ForenSys: 165
  • Call our office: +297 730 0009 (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
  • Flat tire assistance off roading:
  • Near town: $20
  • Off-road path: $50

10. Soft Top Jeeps

  • Soft tops must be closed overnight and during rain.
  • Failure to do so makes the Lessee responsible for interior and electronic damage.

11. Vehicle Equipment

  • Vehicles may be equipped with telematics.
  • Removing or dismantling any part (doors, seats, radio, antenna, soft/hard top, stickers, etc.) is strictly forbidden.

12. Authorization & Payment Responsibility

  • The Lessee grants Aventurova Rental power of attorney to charge the provided credit card for damages, towing, losses, or other charges.
  • All damages must be paid prior to leaving the island.

13. Credit Card Insurance

  • Any coverage provided by American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Diners is solely between the Lessee and the card issuer.

14. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation if canceled more than 24 hours before pick-up.
  • One-day rental fee plus tax charged if canceled less than 24 hours before pick-up.
  • No refunds for early returns.

15. Personal Responsibility

  • The Lessee is responsible for all injuries, damages, or losses caused to themselves, passengers, or third parties.
  • Aventurova Rental provides no coverage for such personal liability beyond the stated insurance coverage.
  • Aventurova is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the car.

16. Governing Law

  • This rental agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Aruba.
