Booking & Reservations

How do I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation by contacting us via WhatsApp at +(297) 730 0009, calling our office, or visiting us at Ponton 49, Oranjestad. We offer a simple, paperless booking system for your convenience.

Are there any additional taxes or fees?

Yes, a 15% tax and fee is applied after booking. This is separate from the base rental price.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation is available if canceled more than 24 hours before pick-up. If canceled less than 24 hours before pick-up, one-day rental fee plus tax will be charged. No refunds for early returns.

How long will you hold my reservation?

Reserved Jeeps will be held for 2 hours after the scheduled pick-up time. Reserved UTVs will be held for 30 minutes. If no notification of delay is received, the reservation will be canceled and is non-refundable.

Do you offer airport pickup and drop-off?

Yes! We offer free pick-up and drop-off at Aruba Airport, Cruise Port, most hotels, and Airbnb locations. However, vehicles may not be left in any public airport parking lot without prior approval from our office.

Driver Requirements

What is the minimum age to rent?

The minimum rental age is 23 years old.

What do I need to rent a vehicle?

You need a valid driver’s license and a credit card at the time of rental. The security deposit must be held on a credit card only – debit cards and cash are not accepted for the security deposit.

Can I add additional drivers?

Yes! Additional drivers can be added for $4.99 per day. All drivers must be listed and authorized in the rental agreement.

Can someone else drive the vehicle if not listed?

No. Only the Lessee and authorized additional drivers listed in the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. If an unauthorized driver operates the vehicle, the insurance becomes void and the Lessee is fully responsible for all damages.

Pricing & Deposits

What is the security deposit amount?

Security deposits are: $500 for Jeep Wrangler and Jeep Gladiator, $500 for Honda Pioneer UTV, and $1,000 for Honda Talon UTV. The deposit must be held on a credit card only.

When will I get my deposit back?

The deposit will be released automatically by the bank and may take 14–21 business days to reflect in your account.

Insurance & Coverage

Is insurance included?

Yes, liability insurance is included in the standard rental rate. If an accident occurs and you are at fault, an accident fee of $250 applies.

What is CDW+ (Collision Damage Waiver Plus)?

CDW+ is optional coverage for $24.99 per day with a $3,500 deductible for Jeep damages. However, CDW+ does NOT cover one-way accidents, DUI, speeding, prohibited off-road driving, driving on white sand/dunes/mud/water, or damages to third parties exceeding $85,000.

What happens if I decline CDW+?

Declining CDW+ or violating rental terms makes you fully responsible for all damages, losses, towing, and related costs.

Do I need a police report for an accident?

Yes, a valid police or ForenSys report is required. Failure to provide a report voids CDW+ and you become fully liable. Call ForenSys at 165 and our office at +(297) 730 0009.

Vehicle Features & Fleet

What is special about the Jeep Gladiator?

The Jeep Gladiator is our premium pickup-style Jeep with a cargo bed! Perfect for extra luggage, beach gear, coolers, and adventure equipment. It seats 5 passengers comfortably, has removable top, powerful 4×4 capability, and strong air conditioning. 

What is the difference between Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator?

Both are 4×4 Jeeps with removable tops and seat 5 passengers. The Gladiator has an open pickup bed for extra cargo space (beach chairs, coolers, gear), while the Wrangler has enclosed rear storage. Both have the same off-road capability and air conditioning.

How many passengers do your vehicles seat?

Jeep Wrangler: 5 passengers • Jeep Gladiator: 5 passengers • 2-Seat UTV: 2 passengers • 4-Seat UTV: 4 passengers • 5-Seat UTV: 5 passengers • 6-Seat UTV: 6 passengers • 4-Seat Talon: 4 passengers

Vehicle Use & Restrictions

Can I drive Jeeps to the Natural Pool and Arikok National Park?

Yes! Our 4×4 Jeeps (Wrangler and Gladiator) are allowed to drive to the Natural Pool and other permitted off-road destinations in Arikok National Park.

Can I drive UTVs to Arikok National Park?

NO. UTVs are NOT ALLOWED in Arikok National Park. Only Jeeps are permitted in the park.

Where am I NOT allowed to drive?

Driving on white sand, dunes, mud, ocean water, rainwater, or large puddles is strictly prohibited. Driving off-road where prohibited by signs is also forbidden. Fine for violation: $250 USD plus all towing and damage costs.

Is there a mileage limit?

No! We offer unlimited mileage on all our rentals.

Can I remove the doors or soft top?

No. Removing or dismantling any part (doors, seats, radio, antenna, soft/hard top, stickers, etc.) is strictly forbidden.

Can I smoke in the vehicle?

No. Smoking in any form is strictly prohibited. Violation results in a $250 cleaning fee.

Fuel & Returns

What is your fuel policy?

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as received. Failure to do so results in a charge of $20 per 1/8 tank. Excess fuel is non-refundable.

Where do I return the vehicle?

The vehicle must be returned to the original pick-up location on the agreed date and time.

What if I return the vehicle late?

Late return fee is $25 per hour for Jeeps and $50 per hour for UTVs.

Can someone else return the vehicle for me?

No. Vehicles may not be returned by third parties. All drivers must be listed and authorized in the rental agreement.

What's Included

What comes with my rental?

All rentals include 4×4 off-road capability (Jeeps are allowed in the National Park), free road map, free road service, fast and easy booking, friendly staff support, Natural Pool access, free pick-up & drop-off, and unlimited mileage.
Please note: National Park entrance fees are not included.

Do you provide roadside assistance?

Yes! We provide free road service. Flat tire assistance fees: Near town $20, Off-road path $50. Call our office at +(297) 741 2601 during business hours (8 AM – 6 PM).

Do I get a map?

Yes! We provide a free road map with insider tips on the best places to visit, eat, and explore in Aruba.

Damage & Fees

What if I damage the vehicle?

All damages must be paid within 24 hours. 

What are the cleaning fees?

Wet seats or white sand: $150. Deep cleaning: $250. White sand inside vehicle: $150. Smoking violation: $250.

What happens if it rains and the soft top is open?

Soft tops must be closed overnight and during rain. Failure to do so makes you responsible for interior and electronic damage.

Equipment & Add-Ons

Do you provide child/infant seats?

Yes! We offer Infant Seats (for babies under 1 year old), Car Seats (for kids 1-5 years old), and Booster Seats (for kids over 5 years old) – all for $4.99 per day.

Can you transport my luggage separately?

Yes! We offer one-way luggage ride service to high-rise hotels and Airbnb locations for $29.99 (one-time fee only).

What is the cost of CDW+ insurance?
